WHM Transitional Housing is a reinsertion program made available for up to a maximum of 3 years, where low-income housing is at the very heart of the reinsertion process towards gaining autonomy. In providing the occupant with an adequate and affordable housing unit and with the help of assisted resources, the Program ensures the occupant’s stability, which allows him to be fully involved in his reinsertion process.

The housing units are of type AccèsLogis part 3 whose costs are subsidized by the Rent Supplement Program of the Société d’habitation du Québec.
