Food Support Services Officer (Montréal-Nord)

The Food Support Services Officer welcomes Community Support members and ensures that their information is entered for their subscription to the various services offered. Depending on the status, he/she sees to the opening/updating of the clients' profile. He/she refers and/or registers the users to other relevant services.
He also ensures that phone calls are received or that members who have left voice messages are called back, and sees to the scheduling of appointments for clients. He/she also ensures that appointment/information requests are answered on the Welcome Market inbox.
Prepares and makes available materials, information and communications to be distributed to members. He/she ensures that he/she has the necessary office equipment to accomplish his/her work.
Location : Montreal-North (flexible to work at Saint-Henri few times a month)

- Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm
Primary Tasks and Responsibilities
- Open and update member profiles
- Scheduling appointments and phone/voice mail follow-ups
- Data entry, report writing/production/other administrative tasks
- Preparation and provision of materials
Desired Profile
- Discrete
- Polite, courteous and professional
- A minimum of one (1) years’ experience in a similar position
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent oral and written skills in French
