I want to apply for a position at Welcome Hall Mission. How long before I hear back?

Our HR team analyzes all resumes received for a position as quickly as possible. As soon as you send us your application, we will send you an email acknowledging receipt and explaining our selection process. It is important to note that we only communicate with successful applicants. If you have not heard from us within 30 days of sending your application, you may consider that it has not been retained for the position.

I have sent my CV. How will my application be analyzed?

For each position we have available, our HR team analyzes the applications received based on the duties and responsibilities of the role and the qualifications and skills required to perform it. Therefore, it is essential to pay particular attention to the job posting when you send us your application. I have an interview! What should I expect?

Congratulations! We look forward to meeting you. The interview is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. At the interview, you will have the chance to meet with a member of our HR team and the manager for the job you are seeking. You will discuss your background, experience, position you are applying for, and Welcome Hall Mission. There will also be time at the end of the interview for you to ask us questions. Please allow approximately one hour for your meeting with us.
